BIO-BLOK® is a block composed of mesh tubes with a unique porous fiber surface. It is used for biological purification, oxygenation and degassing of water, watering trees or as a seepage well.

Material

 

BIO-BLOK® is eco-friendly solution because it is made of high-quality polyethylene without the use of glues or softened plastics.

 

The material is characterized by a unique porous surface that facilitates the access of the necessary microorganisms. These are biologically degraded and decompose a wide spectrum of wastewater pollution in households and industry.

  • Specific surface area is an important parameter especially for biological purification (the higher the specific surface area, the better the water purification).
  • We can deliver this BIO-BLOK 100 type as custom-made in heights from 45 to 75 cm.
  • We will also provide you with separate (unconnected) tubes to supplement the space.
  • The designation HD (High Density) means a material with an increased density (0.95 g/cm3). Types without HD designation have a lower density (0,5 g/cm3).
  • This BIO-BLOK 150 HD is specially designed for submerged aerated filters and biological separation systems.

  • BIO-BLOK 100 is suitable for soaking in undemanding conditions and unstressed areas such as lawns and gardens.
  • We can deliver this BIO-BLOK 100 type as custom-made in heights from 45 to 75 cm.
  • BIO-BLOK 80 HD G is designed for a uniform vertical load of up to 2,5 t/m2 and is used under sidewalks or paths for passenger vehicles.
  • BIO-BLOK 80 HD GF is designed for a uniform vertical load between 2,5 and 15 t/m2 and is therefore used under roads for heavier vehicles or parking parks
